Terms and Conditions

These terms govern wholesale manufacturing programmes with Province Sports.

1. Orders & Minimum Quantities

Minimum order quantities are quoted per product category and programme and confirmed in writing before production begins.

2. Sampling

A physical sample is produced and approved by the client before bulk production starts. Sampling lead time is quoted separately from bulk lead time.

3. Lead Times

Production lead times are confirmed in writing per order and depend on quantity, customization, and current factory capacity.

4. Private Label & Confidentiality

All patterns, tech packs, and branding supplied by the client remain the client's property. Province Sports manufactures exclusively under the client's label for that programme and does not resell client-specific designs to third parties.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms (deposit, balance on shipment, or letter of credit) are agreed per client and stated on the formal quotation.

6. Shipping & Export

Goods are shipped per the agreed Incoterms. Province Sports exports to North America, Europe, Asia and beyond.

7. Quality

All orders pass through in-house QC before packing. Any defect claims must be raised within the period stated on the order confirmation.
